Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Reconnect Web Co. ("we", "us") handles information collected through this website. The short version: we only collect what you type into the quote form, we use it to call you back about a website, and we do not sell it.

1. Information we collect

When you send the quote form, we receive what you enter: your name, your business name, your state, your phone number, the best time to call, the kind of business you run, whether you have a website now, what you need the site to do, how soon you want it, and, if you picked one, the design style you liked. We also record the time you sent it.

Like any website, our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and the pages requested). We use the IP address of a form submission only to limit spam. We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or third-party scripts.

2. How we use your information

To call you back about your website, prepare a quote, do the work you hire us for, and keep basic business records. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for third-party marketing.

3. Where it goes and who can see it

Form submissions are stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, and posted to our team's private Discord channel so the person calling you back can see your request. Only people Reconnect Web Co. authorizes can see that channel. We use service providers only as needed to run this site and respond to you.

4. Cookies, tracking and Do Not Track

This site sets no cookies and does not track you across other websites. Because we do not track you, the site works the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.

5. How long we keep it

We keep quote requests for as long as we need them to follow up with you and to keep basic business records. Hosting logs are kept according to Cloudflare's own retention. You can ask us to delete your request sooner (see section 10).

6. Your privacy rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us. Depending on where you live (for example, California under the CCPA), you may have additional rights; we will honor them in good faith, and we will not treat you differently for using them.

7. Children's privacy

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

8. How we protect your information

The whole site runs over HTTPS, and access to quote requests is limited to people Reconnect Web Co. authorizes.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy; the effective date above will change when we do.

10. Contact us

The quote form is the only way to reach us. To make a privacy request, use the quote form: choose "Something else" as your business type and write "privacy request" with what you would like us to do. We will call you back at the number you give.
